Going Deep ... (part one)

Remember - success is 10% inspiration and 90% transpiration. You only need ONE idea ... Let me briefly tell you about this proven Business Development Process that I profess:

Beyond any business lies the true purpose for which a man desire.’ (In my mind is how to Think and Grow Rich).

Your personal Primary Aim in life determines the Strategic Objective of your Business Prototype as to how you ultimately hit your target. Rules to your Game are defined in your Position Contracts for each position in your Organizational Strategy, where you see your business as when it is fully mature and fulfills its ultimate commitment to take care of your Primary Aim.

Create a Business Management System that produces a marketing result; create an effective Business Prototype that finds and keeps customers profitably better than any other.

Your People Strategy makes your people wanting to keep playing your Game by providing a Dojo that teaches everyone something spiritually uplifting for Life itself. You create the Rules of your Game so it has purpose and meaningful values. Your Game must be worth playing.

Your Marketing Strategy is fully focused on Your Customer; the Irrational Decision Maker, whom you found through Demographic & Psychographic Research. The ‘customer is always right’ really matters because if it isn’t right then he will not buy – he is the wrong customer!

Driving all this is your Systems Strategy where you perform Innovation, Quantification, Orchestration, and Integration on all processes that make your Business Prototype. Your System Strategy includes Soft Systems which are people and ideas, Hard Systems such as your office setup, cars, tools, and then finally Information Systems that tells you about the interaction of the other two. You might ask yourself;

Am I on the right track towards my Primary Aim in Life?

What do I need to do next do to secure that right path?
